The Witch of Things is a made-to-order shop. Nothing is mass-produced; every piece is created with you at heart when you place your order. This keeps the work intentional, the quality high, and the cost accessible.

As a made-to-order shop, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, we embody the principles of conscious creation, and that means a 100% guarantee that your order arrives with intended standards of quality. We work with trusted fulfillment partners and hold our production standards mindfully. Our goal is that every order feels made with love and steeped in magic.

All items are quality-assured before shipping, and human mistakes still happen to magical beings such as we are. If your things arrive damaged, defective, or are not what you ordered, whether from the printing process, its journey to your door, or a fulfillment error on our end, we will make it right with a replacement.

To request a replacement, simply reach out to us at creator@thewitchofthings.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the damaged item
• Your order number

We will take it from there.
